What person are we looking for our team?
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing
- Strong experience in web development or digital marketing at least 2+ years
- 2+ years hands-on experience with designing / developing modern websites
- Ability to analyze traffic and find opportunities and insights
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality or accuracy
- Experience with A/B testing and tag management tools preferred
- SEO / SEM experience a plus
- Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Kissmetrics, Google Analytics) is a must
- Software skills: Google Analytics, Tag Management, JQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript Coding, Excel, SQL, HTML Coding
- Must be innovative and think outside the box
- Business understanding, data-driven
- Ability to work on most important things (focus)
- Responsibility
- Any knowledge in financial sphere will be an advantage
What will this specialist do?
- Realize advanced analysis of web analytics data, from different sources. Set-up and analyze A/B tests
- Implement and develop Javascript tags, web analytics solutions like Google Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager, Tealium etc.
- Managing the marketing database and incorporate processes/tools to maintain data integrity
- Collaborating closely with design and content teams to define product marketing strategy
- Developing and producing reports and dashboards to provide visibility across all aspects of marketing e.g. campaign effectiveness, lead distribution, pipeline contribution
- A plus: Testing and developing scalable new channels to drive growth
