Associate Producer

Requirements:

Knowledge of project management methods and tools to plan & coordinate; Hands on experience or strong knowledge of managing risks; Analytical skills required to optimize the budget and managing schedules and project resources to achieve desired results; Portfolio of video games delivered; Strong knowledge of technological tools; Ability to analyze production metrics and benchmarks to maximize the productivity of the project; Good knowledge about the video game industry and its evolution; Expertise in Microsoft Project, issue tracking tools, and / or other online project management tools; Strong organizational skills enough to handle a number of tasks simultaneously; Ability to take courageous decisions; Initiative, ale to set ambitious objectives for him and his team; Advanced level of English.

Kiev Studio is hiring an Associate Producer for famous international AAA video game project. S/he will specialize in analyzing production metrics, coordinating and planning the project activities in order to deliver the game. Associate Producer suggests improvements in working conditions to reach production objectives in the best possible environment including planning, budgeting and people management.

The ideal candidate must be capable to communicate efficiently with stakeholders, love the video gaming, and enjoy working inside the international multicultural team.

An Associate Producer is supervised by a Producer.
