Creative Director (World of Tanks Blitz)

Wargaming is looking to hire a Creative Director to work on the World of Tanks Blitz project and join our team in Minsk.

Job’s content:

• Be a locomotive with a clear and strong vision of World of Tanks Blitz development and ability to deliver that vision to the development and operation teams
• Report and create plans to remedy balancing, design, monetization and accessibility improvements
• Take a long-term view towards product life cycles with an eye towards innovation, expansion extensions and user retention
• Use mature problem-solving skills to make recommendations and decisions that have a positive impact
• Support game design teams and review game designs for World of Tanks Blitz

Requirements:

• Passion for games
• Proven leadership experience within the games industry as an internal producer / creative director / lead game designer
• 5+ years' of experience in game development, preferably in mobile games environment
• Complete game product life-cycle experience
• Self-motivation and strong initiative
• Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing, fast-paced creative environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English, Russian is a plus
• Ability to stay cool and analytical under pressure
