As an HR specialist in this company, I built up the HR processes from scratch, performing the following functions for organizing the work of the HR department by:
- implementing of all necessary stages of recruitment (sourcing, first and final interviews, tests, offering);
- building up the onboarding process;
- analytical work (GallupQ12, eNPS, team performance analysis, hiring funnel, turnover rates, monitoring of wage levels, industry trends);
- participation in the development and implementation of a strategy in the field of personnel management (implementation of OKR principles, Aigle methodology);
- development of a system for assessing and developing personnel (based on Performance Review);
- participating in the development of a payment system and the formation of benefits(grades);
- organizing the HR management under the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
- developing the corporate culture.
Performing the duties of recruiting personnel for vacant positions of the company, I was engaged in:
⦁ placement of vacancies on the Internet sources;
⦁ resume selection;
⦁ conducting telephone interviews;
⦁ conducting initial interviews.
In addition, my responsibilities included organization and conducting the following stages of the interview: evaluating candidates, re-interviewing together with the head of the company, approving the candidate. I estimated candidates using various techniques: CASE interviews, metaprogram analysis, motivation assessment tests. As a result, I have recruited personnel for the worthy positions of a sales manager, a system administrator, or a LAN installer (Local area networks) successfully.
Although, I dealt with personnel records management (1C 8.3 ZUP + paper media). Mastering my work in the 1C 8.3 ZUP program at the workplace, I conducted the procedures of admission and dismissal, drew up employment contracts, vacations, sick leave, certificates for employees, duplicates of workbooks. Moreover, I kept logs of accounting and registration of documents, participating in the development of local regulations.
I also organized corporate events.
My responsibilities included:
⦁ sales, cash operations, work in 1C, reporting;
⦁ monitoring of competitors, control and conduct of promotions;
⦁ resolving conflict situations, dealing with complaints, accepting and processing applications from buyers;
⦁ work with customer requests for certain types of goods: search and order of specific models for the client (it was possible in this way not only to strengthen but also to expand the base of regular customers);
⦁ selection of goods in accordance with the established matrix of the store;
⦁ control of execution of requests and shipment of goods;
⦁ implementation of the input control of the goods;
⦁ carrying out inventories;
⦁ interaction with related departments (personnel, procurement, marketing, technical support, accounting, warehouse).
