В онлайн курсе мною были изучены основные типы задач, решаемых с помощью машинного обучения — в основном речь пойдёт о классификации, регрессии и кластеризации. Я узнал об основных методах машинного обучения и их особенностях, научился оценивать качество моделей — и решать, подходит ли модель для решения конкретной задачи. Наконец, познакомился с современными библиотеками, в которых реализованы обсуждаемые модели и методы оценки их качества. Для работы на курсе использовались реальные данные из реальных задач (чего стоит датасет по Dota 2). Я уже имел представление и какие-то знания основных понятиях математики: функциях, производных, векторах, матрицах. А для ыполнения практических заданий имелись базовые навыки программирования на языке Python. Задания рассчитаны на использование этого языка и его библиотек numpy, pandas и scikit-learn.

Students will create threat models based on the business requirements and IT architecture of a fictional scientific research organization and, in doing so, derive the skills required to understand their own threat environment and prepare actionable plans for enacting threat-informed defenses.
This course will delve deeper into concepts from Foundations of Purple Teaming, providing background and instruction on the key processes enabling sound threat intelligence integration and organizational threat alignment in support of Purple team exercises. Students will create emulation plans based on the business requirements and IT architecture of a fictional scientific research organization and, in doing so, derive the skills required to understand their own threat environment and prepare actionable plans for enacting threat-informed defenses.
This session is a hands-on training program designed to introduce the capabilities and deployment options in a BAS (breach and attack simulation) platform. Students will learn and apply testing methodologies used to emulate adversarial techniques and measure the efficacy of various security control implementations and configurations. The course will also introduce advanced topics such as building a threat-informed defensive strategy and operationalizing the MITRE ATT&CK Framework. Hands-on cyber range labs are included.
