Hello everyone,
I’ve worked in retail for more than 10 years, 5 of them I’ve been a store manager for the different companies like Adidas, Sportmaster, Inventive Retail Group.
During this time, I've organized and led the following projects:
- development of employees of the territory in the position of human potential, in the context of initial management and management;
- implementation of the company's strategy of changing life through sports, for employees and customers of the store;
- migration of the territory's stores from 1C accounting to the GK platform, then to the RFID platform;
- opening of new stores of various concepts in different cities with a full cycle of selection, building, and development of the team.

In my work, I focus on achieving and exceeding the goals and objectives of the company, by building a strong and motivated team of employees focused on results, growth, and development.
I take an active position, get involved in new projects for the company, delegating routine tasks to lower-level employees to free up my time and develop human resources. I am always ready to support changes, focusing on the positive aspects that the team and the company can get from their implementation.

A few weeks ago I decided to leave Russia and at the moment I'm looking for remote work as a project manager or a junior project manager. With the possibility of transferring the managerial experience of working with teams from offline to online.
