At Inomma, we were partnering with one of the world’s largest mobile gaming companies and delivering Web portals for their games as well as developing new games in their portfolio. We are cooperating on 7 different projects with Scopely and the projects are all live worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating internal resources and partners for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing the project scope and objectives, based on stakeholders' input.
• Management of a product vision, user story mapping, backlog, roadmap, sprint planning and review, iterative releases, product acceptance criteria, and ensuring associated business benefit value.
• Development of detailed project plan to track progress.
• Management of changes in project scope, estimations and schedule.
• Measuring of project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Creating and maintaining of comprehensive project documentation.

• Leading multi-disciplinary IT projects.
• Estimating timelines, measuring risk and devising mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Drawing up project plans.
• Updating and tracking progress against the baseline and manage the timely delivery of the projects.
• Managing expectations for the delivery of the project and escalating issues on deadlines as early as possible senior management to enable appropriate corrective action to be taken.
• Setting and adjusting development processes.
• Writing user stories and documents for team members.
• Negotiating with Product owners.
• Running team meetings on daily basis.
• Writing project-related documentation.
• Ensuring effective testing and QA processes.
• Responsible for the company operational process improvements.
• Assisting in conducting interviews.
• Facilitate sprint planning.
• Document and review business requirements.
• Work with customers and product managers to prioritize and validate requirements.
• Evaluate the performance and report progress status on daily basis.
• Present deliverables to client and process based on their feedback.
• Motivate the development team to deliver high-quality sprints on time.
• Testing both on desktop and mobile platforms.
