The Group of Companies' HR strategy in the context of business transformation and digitalization, creating and developing new areas of activity, products and services, was developed and implemented.
The management system was supplied with an organization design: the design of the organization structure, the Company's business processes and management systems. The Human Resources Department was "created from scratch", processes built: recruitment, onboarding, mood monitoring, performance appraisal, employee recognition, etc.; policy of personnel remuneration and bonuses by means of various KPI`s systems, a grade system etc. TOP-management team up-grade (CFO, CTO, CPO, CMO, CSO). IT department transformations, the team was up-graded and tripled. Product and analytical department, Project office, Retailers sales department, etc. were created "from scratch".
A monetization model was developed and implemented: marketing of educational services to partners-manufacturers a "distant learning system + content development + automated sales report based on training results" service; educational services for individuals in the framework of certification / continuous pharmaceutical education programs etc. Educational license obtained. There was developed and implemented a distant learning system of its own: web interface, webinar service, mobile application.

Along with other projects there is one, www.bringo247.ru (crowdsourcing online delivery service), where I had acted for HRD and managed the HR block along with the block that considers attracting and retaining the crowdsourcers from Jan 2016 till May 2016. The working process of these activities was organized from scratch, teamed up with the product, development, design and other aspects; designed a business scaling strategy of attracting and retaining the crowdsourcers; developed a system of financial incentives of sellers staff and top management; there were branches opened in some Russian cities, the staff was recruited; all the necessary LNA were developed and implemented; etc. Since Feb 2017 to Oct 2017 I cooperated with Bringo as a consultant.
