My selected achievements at Softeq: - Hired 40+ employees (Senior and Middle Project managers, Team Leads, Business analysts, Senior and Middle PHP, Java, Android, Xamarin, C/C++ and other developers) who successfully onboarded and evolved into key specialists of the company; - Implemented a brand new hiring process: now we can track candidate life cycle and save all the communication history and feedback; - Implemented an employee professional development program: now every 6 months a professional development meeting (PDM) is set up for every employee, where participants discuss the employee’s progress, collect the employee’s and the manager’s feedback and set goals for attainment of a new professional level; - Improved recognition of Softeq as an HR brand through taking part in local industry conferences, publishing thought leadership articles, organizing notable events that generated extensive viral reach in the community. In cooperation with the marketing team, we implemented several successful PR projects and learned to leverage SMM and ads for the recruitment and branding purposes; - Created a new website to support recruiting initiatives and further promote the HR brand of the company; - Customized the Jira project for HR activities: our HR managers and department manager can see all the work with an applicant from candidate status to the dismissal of an employee; - Introduced new reporting to make the work of the HR department clearer and more measurable; - Transformed the HR department into a real advisory service for all managers and improved its reputation while making it a useful function respected among employees; - Provided trainings for managers and the HR team on creating S.M.A.R.T. goals, efficient hiring, interviewing and evaluation of candidates.

Achievements: - I've hired 36 employees; - 96% of employees that I have hired are working at Belrusinvest; - Implemented the project "Corporate Portal", which is a social network for Belrusinvest employees.
