Technical Product Trainer

The main goal of this person is to enable support and presales organizations around the world by sharing technical product knowledge to help achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical trainings and materials to support products launches. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is current, accurate, consistent and aligned with business (marketing) strategy
• Deliver technical trainings to internal staff and trainer community. Train and certify external trainers from authorized training centers.
• Participate in pre- and post- sales activities to collect input from the field and share technical knowledge with presales team
• Utilize a variety of on-demand learning technologies to create best education solutions, which are scalable and easy to consume by all target audiences globally
• Ensure constant quality improvement of technical courseware through constant optimization and automation of training process

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• 3+ years in software industry / 3+ years in security industry
• Training development, presales engineering, trainer, software development/support roles in the past might fit
• Expertise knowledge in IT security and broad knowledge of IT: virtualization, servers, networks. Up to date knowledge on security threats, trends and market
• Passion for learning how things really work
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skill is critical
• Readiness for business trips including abroad (up to 20% of time)
• Excellent speaker and writer, including in English
