Recruitment:
Implement the whole cycle of the recruitment process: search, selection and estimation of potential candidates.
Proactively develop and determine sources of the potential candidates attraction.
Selecting strategy of candidates search: open/closed sources, such as professional social networks, forums.
Interviewing, evaluating, getting recommendations and writing represent about the candidates.
Management of candidates from initial application to first day.
Clients:
Service the current clients, development and maximizing opportunity within existing clients
Analysis and monitoring the labour market.
Participation in document preparation.
Researching potential customers on Russian market.
Expertise (IT): engineers, coordinators, administrators, testers, developers (JS,JSE,J2EE,PHP, Perl, Python), heads of development ("the playing trainer"), analysts, architects (SA/EA), project managers.
