Recruiting Team Lead

- Maintaining and developing relations with clients from the following business spheres - IT, Telecom, FMCG (negotiating, requirement assessment, document management) - Assisting in adaptation and on-boarding for the recruitment department’s new employees - Educating, mentoring, development and support for the researchers and consultants, holding the workshops - Carrying out regular meetings in the team: planning upcoming work with the clients, distribution of the clients’ requests among the consultants, regular exchanging of feedback regarding work results, exchange of information about the current market; - Completing and outperforming financial plans - Search and selection of the candidates (search map’s creation, using the corporate information system, job sites, Linkedin, social networks, search by references, direct search) - Carrying out phone and one-on-one interviews with candidates. Assessment of the candidates’ qualifications, motivation and personal traits in correspondence with the position. Presenting the position and the company - Introducing the candidates to the client. Preparing clients, candidates and organizing the interview. Getting the feedback based on the results of the interview from the candidates and the client - Verifying the candidate’s references - Discussing the job offer, handling the job offers from competitors, staying in contact with the client and candidate during and after the probation period - Talent Mapping - research of the potential candidates’ market and developing the outreach talent database for covering the client’s future recruitment needs - Salary survey
