CRM SFA module for corporate sales has been implemented. CRM Collection module for Call Center has been implemented (for CSR in Contact Center) and integrated with CC PABX. Convergent customer business model has been defined. Next generation Payment system architecture and requirements have been defined. Convergent product catalog methodology and model have been defined (based on the TMF SID framework) – product offer, product price and tariff plans, product specifications, service and resources layers. Business requirements for Convergent customer operational CRM have been defined. Business requirements for Customer Self Care multichannel system have been developed. Business process for Utel marketing teams has been defined (as-is), re-engineered (to-be) and run in production. A set of business processes for sales and support solutions in Amdocs CRM has been provided (ARIS) based on TMF eTOM framework. Participated in project office implementation.

Customer and partner relationships successfully managed (set of project developed by outsource teams in Dnepropetrovsk). Trained and cohesive team developed. SWD process enhancements in QA, analysis areas. Several external and internal projects successfully completed (B2B, bank). Key speaker in CRM area of First Banking conference of IT solution in Kiev. Completed operational CRM process descriptions and optimization project for the bank (sales, support and several back office areas).
