Machine Learning Backend Software Engineer in Medical System (Developer) Middle

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing distributed ML systems
• Maintaining ML Python backend services in a distributed system.
• Designing DB schemas and supporting them for ml purposes such as training validation and labeling.
• Optimization of ML services 
• Increasing unit test coverage, implementing automated testing for ML services.
• Improving overall system stability, investigating error reports, fixing bugs.
• Deploying models developed during research to the production environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CV algorithms in a production environment.

Core competencies and qualifications:

• 2+ years in Python development.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and computer vision.
• Good understanding of GPU compute
• Web programming skills (FastAPI, REST, HTTP, TCP).
• Experience with SQL. Queries, database design, migration tools.  
• Experience with web application design.
• Experience with Linux, Docker.
• English B2+

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical standards (DICOM, HL7).
• Experience with cloud deployment (GCP, AWS, k8s).
• JavaScript experience.
• Formal education in Computer Science / Data Science
