Gepting Sales Group is an international company specializing in building high-performance sales departments for EdTech and expert-driven projects worldwide.

As part of our international expansion, we are looking for strong closers and setters to join the team of internationally recognized financial expert and trader Thomas Kralow.

⚙️ Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic meetings with the Head of Sales.
  • Work exclusively with warm and hot leads (no cold outreach).
  • Conduct sales calls and negotiations in English with international clients.
  • Manage communication via CRM and corporate chats.
  • Maintain daily reporting and track key performance metrics.
  • Close high-ticket deals and build long-term client relationships.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

  • English proficiency B2+ (confident spoken and written communication).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Proven track record in high-ticket sales.
  • Ability to articulate value clearly, handle objections, and close deals.
  • High level of responsibility, self-discipline, and result orientation.
  • Willingness to work under a service agreement.

  • Schedule: 2/2 rotation.
  • Working hours: 02:00 PM – 12:00 AM (New York time).
