We’re looking for a Client Experience Department Manager to manage our Reservations and Post Production teams, boosting booking and delivery excellence. It’s a 100% remote work.

In this role, you will:

• Train, mentor, and support the teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create and manage weekly schedules of the employees.
• Identify and act on upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Resolve conflicts constructively, both within the team and with clients.
• Assist in the hiring process, from interviewing to onboarding new staff.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 1+ year of customer service experience (hospitality/retail preferred/photography).
• Speaks and writes English fluently.
• Is detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
• Can multitask and manage time effectively.
• Has experience in sales.
• Has managerial experience.
• Is experienced in working with WhatsApp API platforms like - Intercom or  Respond or Freshchat.
