Developer-Dev.&maintain the company’s internal app (Delphi, Pascal, Python)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company’s internal applications (Delphi, Pascal, Python).
• Integrate internal systems with external services via REST APIs.
• Optimize and maintain Oracle databases.
• Write and improve SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop automation scripts and data processing tools in Python.
• Work with brokerage and banking system APIs.
• Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Compliance departments to implement new features.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Developer / Software Engineer / Oracle Developer.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle Database (12c/19c+).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle DBA tasks: backup/recovery, user management, performance tuning.
• Solid experience with Pascal / Delphi (desktop applications, database connectivity).
• Good knowledge of Python, including:
• working with APIs (requests, JSON),
• data automation and scripting,
• developing small internal services or integrations.
• Understanding of OOP and client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• English language proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, FastAPI, Flask, or Pandas.
• Background in accounting or financial systems (ERP).
• Experience in developing or integrating REST APIs.
• Skills in SQL performance tuning and Oracle profiling
