Technical Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote (Priority is the European time zone, excluding Russia and Belarus)

About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer for one of our clients - a global data platform that powers scalable, high-quality data pipelines for AI. The company works with major tech companies to deliver the training data they rely on to build intelligent systems.
You speak both tech and business, design smart solutions for data/AI problems, and work closely with both clients and dev teams? We want to chat with you!

Key responsibilities
1. Client-facing Communication:

• Analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions;
• Support pre-sales and project execution processes;
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams;
• Communicate technical ideas clearly in English.
  

2. Solution Building & Delivery:

• Design data labeling pipelines and ML workflow components;
• Build and configure integrations via APIs and SDKs;
• Ensure quality and efficiency of pipelines via experiments and testing;
• Take ownership of technical delivery in client projects.
  

3. Solution Maintenance:

• Monitor pipeline performance and resolve incidents;
• Analyze errors and improve data quality;
• Continuously optimize solutions using modern tools and technologies.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in roles like ML Engineer,  Data Scientist, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager;
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, API/SDK integration);
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow;
• Experience with multi-stage pipelines and system integration;
• Understanding of software development principles (version control, testing, CI/CD);
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and data quality metrics (accuracy, recall, precision, F1);
• Confidence communicating with engineers and clients in English (C1);
• Experience in fast-paced, remote, and multi-project environments.
