We are looking for a senior hands-on professional who is passionate about the software engineering - a person who is ready for a challenge and wants to advance into a Lead role to apply technical expertise in various technologies, experience, maturity, and passion to succeed. The successful candidate will spend 80% of their time developing various components of cloud platforms and 20% learning how to lead a team responsible for a portfolio of services for corporate client(s). This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer who wants to make a next step in their career and take the leadership challenge while still doing engineering work. In this role you will get full support of the entire management team and will work in close collaboration with the client’s engineering team.

Must have:
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• 5+ years in software development
• Frontend stack: Vue.js/Angular
• Backend stack: Node.js
• DevOps: Azure DevOps,
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
A solid plus:
• Golang, Java, Python, .Net
• Experience or interest in API Management, Connectivity, IaaS, PaaS, IaC, CI/CD
• Experience with enterprise grade systems in corporate environment

As one of the key players of our development team you are responsible for the smooth project(s) delivery and collaboration with the rest of the team. That might include:
• Contribution to the development of the architecture and technical design
• Implementation of all components under your responsibility
• Collaboration with your colleagues in development of common and shared components
• Supervision and support of several junior developers
• Regular communication with client(s), gathering requirements and feedback, detecting business and technology opportunities
• Regular and structured reporting to account manager and company owners.
