Senior Product manager

About the Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to take full ownership of product growth, define the roadmap, and unlock new levels of user value. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO, engineers, marketing, and support teams to identify core needs, craft solutions, and drive measurable impact.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has proven experience building or significantly growing a product in a fast-paced environment
• Solves problems creatively and pragmatically — even in ambiguous or unstructured situations
• Has deep insight into human behavior and decision-making

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and own the product roadmap — setting strategic priorities for the next 3–6 months based on user needs and data
• Drive growth through targeted opportunity identification and measurable experiments
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure swift, quality delivery
• Conduct deep-dive Customer Development research to understand user behavior across 140+ countries and cultures
• Build the foundation for future product hires and help scale our product function

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in B2C/B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or productivity tools
• Proven track record of delivering growth — scaling products, not just maintaining them
• Strong critical thinking and product intuition, with the ability to challenge assumptions and reframe problems
• Fluent English
