Senior Recruiter – Direct Search, Headhunting - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on direct search and headhunting for mid-to-senior level technical and business roles

• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver a top-quality candidate experience

• Manage talent pipelines and candidate relationships, ensuring regular engagement and strategic follow-ups

• Use data and analytics to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes

• Represent Quantida’s mission and culture to candidates as an ambassador of our brand

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience

• Strong track record in hiring for complex technical and leadership roles

• Exceptional research and sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche platforms, and networks

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

• Highly self-driven, strategic, and resourceful in approaching talent markets

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and reporting
