Ожидания от кандидата

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive, in-depth research on market trends, industry insights, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
  • Analyze research findings to propose data-driven hypotheses and marketing strategies
  • Utilize AI agents, OSINT tools, and various automation to enhance research efficiency
  • Provide structured reports and regular updates to sustain research effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and refine data-driven campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Strong motivation to work hard and smart “behind the scenes”
  • Experience with LLMs (GPT), OSINT tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Python (for basic automation) will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in deep focus, process large volumes of information, and generate actionable insights
  • High Interest in structured research rather than direct sales
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, the IT market, and how software development companies work will be welcome
  • English language skills at B2 level or higher, Russian at B2 level or higher (able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken)
