DatsTeam is looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our product development cluster.
Our distributed Dev team includes 700+ professionals and has been building in-house products since 2012 — from advertising platforms to mobile games, entertainment apps, and fintech solutions.

The mobile development group covers both Android and iOS, along with QA. We’ve created and launched several successful game apps on the App Store and Google Play.

We’re seeking a Senior Android Engineer with deep expertise in Kotlin and a passion for building high-performance, user-centric mobile applications. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Android app, ensuring it delivers a seamless, secure, and innovative experience for users navigating the intersection of Web3 and traditional finance. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex technical challenges, and want to impact millions of users, this role is for you.

Who You Are & What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of commercial Android development, including 3+ years Kotlin-first experience with modern app architectures (MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture).
• Deep knowledge of the Android SDK & Jetpack; proficiency with both Views and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines/Flow for asynchronous and reactive programming.
• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSocket integration, and offline-first strategies.
• Experience with dependency injection (e.g., Dagger, Hilt), modularization, and build optimization.
• Proven track record of shipping complex, high-traffic apps with a focus on performance and security.
• Practical knowledge of automated testing (unit, instrumentation & UI) and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies or fintech apps is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or Russian is a bonus).
• Passion for Web3, fintech innovation, and solving real-world user problems.

Nice to have:

• Blockchain and Web3 experience.
• FinTech experience.
• Familiarity with compliance, AML and regulation.
• ISO/IEC 27001 experience.
