Syncube is a small tech company focused on building e-commerce solutions. Our apps enhance store functionality, streamline operations, and boost sales.

Ожидания от кандидата

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming user requests for Shopify apps via email.
  • Assisting customers with technical and functional issues.
  • Communicating with developers to escalate complex inquiries.
  • Maintaining a knowledge base (FAQ, guides).
  • Collecting and analyzing user feedback.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience.
  • English proficiency at C1 level—strong written and verbal communication.
  • Understanding of online stores and e-commerce principles is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a friendly tone with customers.
  • Self-organization and responsibility.
