Ostrovok.ru is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets and other services for individual travelers, corporate clients and travel agencies globally.
Our brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Teaming. We develop projects both in Russia and abroad.We are looking for a Mobile UA Manager to join our Marketing Department.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in running mobile advertising campaigns – travel industry is a plus;
  • Understanding how AppsFlyer and mobile attribution works;
  • Experience with mobile applications after the release of iOS 14.5;
  • Experience in WW markets is a plus;
  • Experience in setting up end-to-end analytics;
  • Curiosity and the ability to think 'outside the box' and look for creative solutions;
  • English - Upper-Intermediate (B2).

What you will do:

1. Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Yandex, OEM/DSP/In-app, Google UAC, Facebook, VK.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPI, and CPA - A/B test ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency;
  • Test and iterate on creative assets based on performance data.

2. Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage the budget for mobile install campaigns;
  • Forecast monthly spending and track actual spending against projections and income.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign data and user behavior to gain insights and identify trends;
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and learnings.

4. Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in mobile advertising of traveling apps and app store optimizations;
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product, analytics, retention, and creative teams to align user acquisition strategies with product development and analytics tools;
  • Provide user experience and app functionality feedback to improve user retention and engagement.
