Data Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities:

• collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards
• discuss necessary data sources within the team, define requirements for new sources, build optimal data models, and support the entire ETL process cycle.
• conduct data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency in data visualization outputs.
• develop, design, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and data models to meet business requirements and data visualization needs
• maintain documentation of data sources, processes, and interactions with clients
• optimize and troubleshoot existing Qlik Sense applications to enhance performance and user experience
• create instructional videos and conduct training seminars to educate users on Qlik Sense usage

Requirements:

• strong proficiency in Qlik Sense BI platform (data modeling, scripting, and optimization techniques) and extensive experience in report development
• ability to create complex ETL scripts using Qlik Sense platforms
• knowledge of designing data warehouses and data marts for analytical reports, systems thinking in problem analysis and resolution
• willingness to understand the context and meaning of processed data
• knowledge of data visualization best practices and user experience design
• a high level of self-organization and the ability to work with different content of information
• analytical thinking and reasoning ability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Mathematics
• minimum of 3 years of experience as a Qlik Sense Developer/Qlik Sense Analyst
• Fluent Russian language
• English level B1+

Additional Preferred Qualifications (not necessary but a plus):

• Qlik Sense Certification
• ability to use Git for code versioning and collaboration
• understanding 1C architecture
• familiarity with one of the programming languages: Python, Java, or Kotlin
• experience working with Miro
• ability to write SQL queries to extract data
