Senior IT Technical Project Manager / Старший менеджер ИТ-проектов

P&G is looking for a Senior IT Technical Project Manager who will be a key member of P&G Eastern Europe DevOps and Data teams and be accountable for the definition and execution of a holistic Data and DevOps strategy. Your main focus will be on end-to-end Operations with data and solutions as well as Data priority deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a robust end-to-end digital strategy (includes data, digitalization, IT, solution architecture) and digital roadmap in line with P&G Eastern Europe business strategy, engaging other business leaders and IT domain leaders to gain alignment and support
• Be accountable to deliver against committed milestones of the digital roadmap, organizing internal and external resources accordingly
• Collaborate with other business leaders to develop new business models, transform activity systems and work processes
• Work with global and regional IT teams to leverage the benefits of globally scaled solutions and enterprise platforms
• Be accountable for end-to-end Data quality and resilience of Eastern Europe solutions
• Drive stewardship and compliance related to information security, data privacy, and application governance
• Grow organization unit “Digital IQ” through structured information and training sessions
• Apply a hands-on approach (via Python – ad-hoc reports automation, data modeling; Power BI) to address business needs
• Lead budget management/stewardship of IT services and solutions within your area of responsibility
• Act as Data or Operations team leader

Job Qualifications

• A higher education diploma
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within IT with at least 2 years at a senior level
• People management experience
• Experience working across business functions including, but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR
• SQL knowledge and understanding of database architecture
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Working knowledge of Python and libraries for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (MS Azure preferably) and high-load systems
• Familiarity with Agile practices and Azure DevOps
• Experience working across platforms including, but not limited to eCommerce, data and analytics, supply chain, etc.
• Experience in leading transformation that positively disrupts and transforms business and function
