We need a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our HTML5 online game development team. If you're a wizard at managing projects and love leading a talented group of GameDev developers, this is the gig for you!

What you do

• Lead a team of 2+ GameDev developers in our SCRUM team.
• Organize development, testing, and optimization processes.
• Collaborate with Art, Sound, Math, Design, PO, and QA teams.
• Estimate and control task deadlines, guide task decomposition.
• Develop thrilling online games using PixiJS, React, and more.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and use advanced tools.
• Write technical documentation and create enchanting games.
• Test games for perfection and offer code reviews.
• Optimize performance for seamless gameplay.
• Enhance existing games for a magical experience.

What you know

• English language expert, communicating effortlessly at an upper-intermediate level.
• 5+ years in IT, with at least 1 year leading teams.
• Master of modern FrontEnd trends and architecture.
• Proficient in TypeScript, PixiJS, React, NodeJS, and more.
• Well-versed in WEB technologies like Http, Json, REST API, and Websockets.
• CSS ninja, rockin' responsive layout, HTML5, CSS3, Less/Sass.
• Bundler magician, using Webpack, Parcel, and others to optimize.
• OOP and design patterns guru.
• Git wizard, handling conflicts and collaboration.
• Stress-resistant hero, conquering any challenge.

How we work

We have an office located in the heart of Yaroslavl, where colleagues, a library, board games, and a great atmosphere await you.

There's also an office in Malta, primarily housing management and C-level positions.

Our team has many more locations where team members are based: other cities in Russia, Poland, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkey. You can work from wherever you want, as long as you stay connected and don't have a time difference of more than +/- 3 hours from CET.

As a European company, our salaries are tied to the Euro. We consider different forms of employment, including self-employed, B2B, and individuals from various locations.
