Product Analyst

You will join our Trading Research and Analytics team to help drive accountability for business results, leverage product knowledge for effective solutions, and foster a data-driven culture within our dynamic teams. To do so, you will need a data mindset and a willingness to share our passion for trading and brokerage.

You will

• Collaborate with the Product team to drive product development and jointly own business outcomes and results.
• Conduct data analysis, research, and train machine learning models to develop MVP and requirements for the production rollout.
• Translate data and models into visually accessible formats for non-technical audiences.
• Brainstorm and propose designs for A/B testing of product hypotheses and retro analysis, and measure results of A/B testing.
• Identify and implement strategies for calculating business metrics and monitoring spikes and outliers for future action.
• Foster a data-driven culture through workshops, training, and support while actively participating in the design and review of research, analysis, and models.
• Interact with external teams by preparing technical requirements for monitoring and alerting, overseeing the rollout of the model production stage, and ensuring the successful execution of data products.
• Promote the trading team's image by actively participating in external data science communities, attending external events, and writing articles for internal and external resources.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, data analytics, and product analytics.
• Understanding of SQL and strong Python programming skills.
• Expertise in machine learning and mathematical modeling to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Math or engineering degree with strong understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory, including correlations, effects, and anomaly detection.
• Team player mindset and eagerness to work effectively with the Product team.
• Fluency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactivity, decision-making, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, plan strategically, and adapt to change.
