In this highly visible role you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our consumer business. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, data-driven approach and outstanding project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for specific audiences to drive user base growth and sales, including but not limited to partnerships, paid media acquisition campaigns, retention marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Business Development & Partnerships, PR&SM, Brand Marketing, Content Studio, Digital Sales & Paid Media, Product management – to implement these strategic initiatives.
- Apply CJM methodology to support seamless customer journey from brand awareness to purchase to product usage and subscription renewal. Make sure product positioning and value prop are addressed properly on each step of the CJM.
- Use data analytics to track, measure, and report on marketing activities performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize efforts.
- Together with Market Intelligence work on audience segmentation and target market research to understand customer purchasing behavior, needs, and motivations.
- Based on the research results develop value prop and product messaging, create sound and informative product marketing briefs, tailor marketing initiatives.
- Oversee creation of engaging, audience-specific content that communicates the unique value of our products and drives conversion.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably with tech products, SAAS or similar
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Always ready to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data and gain actionable insights from the data;
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey product value and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Excellent project manager successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- We expect that you’re comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (including writing requirements for qualitative and quantitative research, analytical reports and analyzing data).
Preferred Qualifications
- Profound knowledge of Excel;
- Familiar with various analytical systems: Power BI, Adobe analytics (Omniture); Google Analytics, Amplitude etc (you will be working with the reports)
- Excellent presentation skills.
