You will be responsible for leading the efforts associated with the contract life cycle management for sales contracts for the European region. Reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating contracts, recommending improvements and innovations to oversee the process and ensure contract accuracy. Work with internal and external customers, carefully obtaining the requirements needed for each contract. Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages. Review, draft and revise form agreements as well as non-standard agreements. This is an opportunity to be part of a global team and doesn’t carry any people management responsibilities.

- You can work full time office;
- Experience drafting, negotiating and managing contracts/agreements process;
- Working knowledge of European law;
- Strong and demonstratable knowledge and relevant work experience with B2B and B2C channel sales with an understanding of the vendor-distribution-reseller-customer relationship;
- Strong experience with Distribution Agreements and License Agreements;
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in contract management;
- Information technology industry experience preferred;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical and creative thinking, passion for fast-paced problem solving;
- A proactive nature and “can-do” attitude; ability to be a team player;
- Comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills;
- Must be able to logically assess priorities and possess the ability to manage multiple timelines and projects;
- Outstanding attention to detail;
- Experience of speaking and presenting before the audience, ability to work on results, resolve conflicts and work effectively under pressure;
- Experience with Sharepoint and Salesforce is a plus;
- Higher education in Economics or Law.

Main responsibilities:
- Serves as a key point of contact for any questions/needs regarding revenue generating contracts in the European region;
- Leads contract management, liaises between sales managers and HQ reviewers, ensures the proper tracking of the contract review process during the whole cycle starting from initiation up to archiving. Internal approval arrangements on different levels whenever needed;
- Provides ongoing contract support, trains and assists sales managers with contract drafting; coordinates with sales managers to ensure that all required documents pertaining to the review process are complete and accurate in accordance with company processes and systems;
- Provides ongoing contract analysis support to sales managers, identifying and clarifying key commercial components within a contract and identifying potential issues within the contract, analyzing potential risks involved with specific contract terms and consults with sales managers on the contract review process and proper use of standard contract templates;
- Participates, as necessary, in meetings to provide internal and external customers with current status and ensure understanding of contractual commitments and/or issues;
- Involves the subject expert for certain types of agreements/products/services in the contract review process if necessary in accordance with the scope of responsibility within the company;
- Stay up to date with European legislative changes and coordinate with legal department as needed;
- Track document approval and execution to ensure that agreements are in place when required and are properly executed and stored in compliance with company policies;
- Constant monitoring of key contractual conditions (i. e. payment/invoicing terms, expiration dates, product list etc.);
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of global contract management system;
- Manage and maintain executed agreements within the contract management system, provide all necessary information about existing contracts to sales departments by request;
- Involved in the internal projects related to the optimization of the contract review process;
- Participates in optimization/creation on the existing/new business processes affecting the Contract review process;
- Participates in the annual internal audit.
