Omega is a FinTech start-up working on an innovative B2B proposition, which allows international tech entrepreneurs to access digital multi-currency banking-like features and corporate services in one place in order to easily run and quickly scale their business in the UK. Omega is currently looking for Business Developer Managers to join the BDO team.
Ожидания от кандидата
You need to have experience in the following:
- Sales and business development planning by reaching key individuals through existing contacts, organising initial meetings, and qualifying interest (ideally generating interest).
- Negotiation management both during the pre-sale stage and throughout operational work.
- Preparation and execution of pre-sale events for clients (product demos, proposal presentations).
- Interaction with the client's team, value proposition creation, project scope definition, expectation management.
- In-depth immersion in project essence: proposing and elaborating ideas for project implementation.
- Interaction with current partners and development of relationships with new partners: participation in pre-sales activities, involvement in presentations, proactive communication with key client personnel, preparation of materials, proposals, tender applications.
- Skillful engagement with existing experts within the company during pre-sales.
- Coordination of pre-sales activities with partners (vendors, other contractors)

The company's offices are based in London, and there are currently opportunities for both office and remote work on a full-time basis.
