Partner Marketing Communications Manager owns Customer Journey Map and product marketing strategy for specified products to ensure the customer efficiently progresses through all stages of customer journey. And helping regional marketing teams to drive effective leadgen campaigns.
Ожидания от кандидата
Required experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing;
- Proven achievements in product marketing of software or services;
- Product marketing strategy development;
- Proven experience with marketing analytics (Marketo, Google analytics, Yandex.metrica);
- Different countries marketing leadgen specific knowledge is a plus;
- DM 3+ experience (KPI set up);
- Fluent English.
Условия работы
Roles and responsibilities are broken down into the following categories:
- Develops Product Marketing Guidelines for specified products:
- Defines the target audience and their needs and problems for a specific product (together with Product Management);
- Defines product positioning and value proposition;
- Defines product messaging;
- Develops Customer Journey Map for a specified product:
- Defines customer profiles and personas;
- Defines CJM stages;
- Defines main touchpoints;
- Defines customers and company’s expectations for each stage;
- Defines marketing assets for each touchpoint;
- Develops marketing content for specified products:
- Develops required product marketing materials;
- Align product marketing strategy with company’s content strategy and brand strategy created by Global Marketing;
- Presents product value proposition, business version of the product roadmap and GTM strategy inside and outside of the company. Maintan internal product awareness:
- Influence industry analysts, partners and customers;
- Requests and utilizes market, product, partner, and pricing competitive insights from Strategy Management department;
- GTM strategies forming, develop and drive effective leadgen campaigns together with regional marketing teams or partners;
- Be an evangelist and a speaker, promoting defined Kaspersky's products at live and online events, writing blogposts etc.;
- Digital Marketing leadgen. Work with dedicated team for effective campaigns;
