We are looking for a Paralegal.

We are ready to consider applicants from anywhere in the world.

• Preparing standard template-based service contracts, annexes, certificates, and related paperwork.
• Administrative support for our legal team: monitoring corporate emails, doing legal translations, communicating with notaries and external advisors, archiving, etc.
• Drawing up and verifying various types of NDAs, authorizations, and legal letters.
• Legal research (including legislation and case law updates).
• Assisting in GDPR and other data protection compliance.
• Content takedowns (DMCA, etc.) and pre-litigation, responding to internal and external inquiries.
• Legal support: assistance in drafting documents in English (e.g., preparing initial drafts and proofreading), including:
  • Work-Made-for-Hire contracts;
  • License and asset purchase agreements;
  • Advertising and other marketing contracts;
  • Websites (ToS, EULA, etc.), data processing, and other docs;
  • A bunch of other full-range advising and paperwork, typical for a videogame company:).

Our requirements:

• Fluent English - C1 (!).
• Understanding IP and contract law (more than just basics!), fundamentals of EU, US, and English law, i.e. in the mentioned fields.
• Well-developed habit of rapid and simultaneous processing of multiple documents and tasks, strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and proficient PC user (crucially important for our job, not a boilerplate requirement!).
• Proven interest in the videogame industry is an extreme advantage. ‘Just gamers’ are also very welcome:).
