IT Project Manager to a famous blockchain FitFi platform

Step App is the celebrity-endorsed tokenized fitness app. Our goal is to build the first-ever Fitness Finance (FitFi) Metaverse. In this gamified fitness metaverse, steps generate income - Step App’s users collect and stake SNEAK NFTs, acquire steps, and grow their wealth. StepApp combines the world's financial and fitness goals and puts them into a decentralized ecosystem, built according to the canon of the best web3 solutions

• Led by ex-CFO of Zerion.io, which processes 1/3 of all DeFi user data
• Developed by winner of ETH Waterloo, most difficult global hackathon
• Brand licensing managed by executive from McLaren Racing

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior+ Project Manager who will join our tech team and help us further develop and grow the application (Step.App)

We have a flat organisational structure, and we give our team members as much autonomy and responsibility as possible, as we believe this is the best way to get the best results. We appreciate teamwork, open feedback, exchange experiences and support the launch of new initiatives, projects and ideas of each other

What you will do:

• Manage the design and development of STEP ecosystem products
• Work together with our team to define metrics for measuring success
• Regularly monitor and report on the performance of products and new features
• Write technical specifications, business correspondence and negotiations

We'd love to meet someone with

• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• Solid knowledge of management patterns and best practices
• Experience with blockchain industry is not a must however could be a plus
