We are Quadcode, a company that develops a SaaS trading platform for clients around the world.
We are working with Agile, Scrum (1–2-week sprints, grooming, planning, retrospective), and SAFe framework. Furthermore, we are using Google meet, Zoom, Slack, TargetProcess, Wiki, Confluence for team work.
Right now, we are in search of a Product Owner (Compliance) for the Core SaaS team.
The main business task is to develop a new KYC automation module for different platforms (desktop, web, mobile) and make the verification process more convenient, shorter, and user-friendly. Therefore, you will lead the features to production, describe all the features, build a feature roadmap, and manage the backlog. You will collaborate with the CPO, Compliance Dev team, and Product Managers.
NB! The position is open for those who are already in Cyprus or ready to relocate to Cyprus after a probationary period. We are ready to offer remote work only for candidates who hold citizenship or have a permit in another country.
TASKS IN THE ROLE
- creating product strategy and product roadmap;
- description and elaboration of business and functional requirements for the Compliance Development;
- managing the team's backlog;
- working with product metrics;
- analyze the efficiency of the current compliance system and make proposals to improve;
- ensure that Company business processes are in the line with the law and standards within the license;
- organize and control KYC and AML check (technically and manually);
- formulation of hypotheses, participation in experiments and interpretation of results.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in product management;
- experience in compliance development is a must (fintech, banking, gambling, betting, regulated services);
- understanding of the work of regulators, verification procedures;
- knowledge in the field of product development and analytics;
- experience in conducting product experiments through A/B testing;
- basic knowledge of development processes;
- skill to improve product metrics;
- confident management skills;
- English B2 (competent written and verbal communication skills).
