Statistical Programmer

Axiom Pro, a partner of Statking Clinical Services, is currently seeking a Statistical Programmer to provide SAS® programming support for clinical trials.

Statking Clinical Services is a full-service contract research organization (CRO) for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries located in Fairfield, OH. As part of our data analysis team, you will have the opportunity to work on several projects in a variety of drug, biologic, and medical device areas, providing support for new product development and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities
– Provide SAS ® programming support for clinical trials.
– Write SAS® code including the macro language to manage, process, and statistically analyze efficacy and safety data from clinical trials.
– Work on several projects in a variety of drug, biologic, and medical device areas, providing support for new product development and regulatory submissions.

Requirements
– General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) required
– A BS or MS in Statistics (or Mathematics with a concentration in statistics) or BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
– Excellent SAS® programming skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
– Excellent SAS® programming skills with 3+ years as a SAS programmer in a pharmaceutical sponsor or Pharmaceutical CRO environment
– Experience in documentation and validation of clinical trials software programs
– Experience in programming to standards required for submission to regulatory agencies
– Experience in SAS® programming for data cleaning and database design
– Experience in SAS® programming as related to the submission of products for regulatory approval

Salary
– Salary from $17 up to $20/hourly

– Working schedule: Monday to Friday, EST business hours;
