Solutions Expert, Security Services and CTI

The position focus will be:

• Provide full range end-to-end support for presales and enterprise sales requests with special focus on SOC consulting projects including applicable architecture advising, contract management, RFP response support, discounts advising and control, resources and priority management for Security Services projects etc.
• Produce technical level solutions materials, preparing scenarios and environment for products demo, PoC guidance and other Presales Kit materials accompanied solutions launch and during solutions’ life span
• Delivering solution demo and consulting sessions
• Enable and train regional teams to increase their expertise in pre-sales, piloting and convincing customer to select Security Services and SOC consulting for Enterprise/Government customers
• Contributing expertise to further development of Security Services portfolio
• Coordinate/Manage complex projects (e.g., around Kaspersky National level security Framework)
• Serves as technology and security evangelists, actively participate in public events
• Aggregate feature requests, new solutions demands for systematic exchange with other B2B Division functions
• Involve in enablement of major ENT channel partners
• Contribute in creation of expert level content within the scope and experience area

• English – Upper-intermediate
• Business technology and products consulting and support practice
• Experience in SOC operations
