We need you to take the senior posisiton in the development of our igaming product and 3rd party integrations, including improvement/maintenance of existing components and related services/integrations.
As part of this position, it is necessary to be(come) a master of current stack, code like a dev-god, and assist the juniors/middles when required.
Current focus is the creation of an A-Z infrastructure for igaming companies - frontend site/CMS/platform (using Svelte and Node) and a high performance, data driven backend, which includes a specialized CRM/rules engine for automating the core business activities in realtime.
+ integrations with the various elements (payments, games etc)
+ inhouse game studio for creating our own games (later on roadmap) - currently, we use 3rd party game providers

What you will do:
- Code
- Assist/mentor younger coders
- Monitor performance/efficiency of current stack/IT infrastructure
- Suggest ideas worth impleneting to improve performance/efficiency
- Do occasional code reviews with the younger guys
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma with a specialization in CS, Software Engineering or other relevant qualification
- 2+ years of experience as Senior/Lead in a team of 4-6;
- Experience with C/Rust, REST, SQL, Linux, python
- Be a result-oriented problem solver
- Ability to effectively organize your time and work at a high pace
- Independence & Team-work
- English - mostly in writing, (Jira stack is managed in English), but also orally
Bonus
- Experience with fucntional progrmaming (Haskell, Skala, python, C, Rust)
- Understanding of the principles of building IT systems
- Experience working with leading blockhains / crypto wallets
