ROLE SUMMARY:
Using a customer-centric approach, you will create and improve customer scenarios – for external and internal customers - in our digital channels and services. You will develop a deep understanding of digital products, their context and customers – especially how the capability meets or does not meet their needs. You will become a real partner with business and product stakeholders in identifying, managing and communicating key project goals and requirements.
You will work with all functions of the business, and directly with teams to develop or enhance digital products and services across our digital touchpoints. This is to improve customer experience, internal efficiencies and create new ways for Kaspersky to drive profitable growth.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Identify and consolidate new digital opportunities, articulating or validating the value of business benefits, and ensuring the digital features deliver the right business outcomes.
- Act as a single point of contact and facilitator around changes/projects requested by business stakeholders.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders across the business throughout the digital products development lifecycle – from ideation to launch and value realization.
- Define the key performance metrics and work closely with the analytics teams to measure and track these KPI’s, constantly communicating progress against objectives.
- Use data and metrics to test assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions.
- Help set project priorities, based on understanding of the business impact of proposed projects, and by facilitating conversation based on available capacity
- Work with development teams to understand the feasibility and level of effort for projects and features; makes reasonable trade-offs on requirements based on feedback
- Drive continual improvement through testing, consumer research, etc.
- Collaborate with designers on UX/UI for projects and features
- Collaborate with internal customers - Digital teams, product managers, launch managers, etc.
What You Should Have/Know:
- Additional qualifications in traditional project management, Agile & Scrum are preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in of digital product management or website management experiences
- Experience in ecommerce and marketing websites a major plus
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
Functional knowledge and skills:
- Experience obtaining and analyzing customer insight through raw web analytics data, user research, surveys, session replay, heatmaps, etc.
- Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations
Business expertise:
- Articulate in documenting business requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Experienced in defining and executing against roadmaps using both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Analytical skills to test hypothesis and sort through complex options
Personal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communications, with ability to collaborate with all levels across varied functional areas including marketing, creative, and technology
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude
