Product Owner/Product Designer

Oncology startup Oncoshot with a sophisticated web-based product and a team of software developers needs a Product Owner/Product Designer who will be able to take ownership of the product. We need a person who is capable of being responsible for the entire experience of a user.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience
  
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Advanced with Storybook and Design Systems
• Experience in corporate software development
• Familiar with Agile framework and Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence)
• English level Intermediate+
• Full time job. Ready for the long-term engagement

Job Scope:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand business use cases and scenarios for the product.
• Create and maintain Design System that define the visual language and components used throughout the product. 
  
• Design user interfaces for digital products that are intuitive, visually appealing, and functional.
  
• Collabore with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure that the product is easy to use and meets user expectations.
• Create and manage design documentation, including style guides, design patterns, and component libraries.
• Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Use Storybook to develop and document the UI components used in the product.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continually improving your design skills and knowledge.
  

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of UX/UI design work that demonstrates your ability to create effective and engaging digital products. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
