We are looking for a cool and responsible HR generalist for our HR department.

☑️ What will need to do:

• Handle onboarding and monitoring of new employees
• Conduct employee offboarding
• Partially maintain personnel records
• Conduct surveys, prepare presentations
• Organize calls and meetings
• Prepare announcements for employees

☑️ Our expectations:

• You are communicative and not afraid to ask questions
• You can estimate the work plan, the time it will take to complete the task
• You are proactive
• You are open to criticism, calmly accept feedback
• You have experience in asynchronous communication
• You have experience with making presentations and writing texts

☑️ It will be a plus:

• You had remote work experience
• You had experience in a similar position
