DevPals is seeking a Lead Generator with proven experience in IT B2B sales to lead the company's global lead generation activity and collaborate closely with teams.


The Lead Generator will report to the Sales Manager and will play an important and influential role within the company, including  process, execution, analysis, and optimization. The areas of responsibility for this role include the continuous operation of the tools (such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM)  and optimization of the entire prospect journey, from awareness generation to pipeline acceleration.


Requirements:

- Experience in IT lead generation min 3 years;
- Understanding how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline;
- Knowledge of scraping tools and plug-ins for LinkedIn, email finding tools;
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills;
- English Intermediate+;
- Ability to work with a great deal of information and to spot lead generation opportunities;
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools and good researching skills;
- High motivation and drive. We value your personal characteristics over experience;


Responsibilities:


- Finding emails of leads and generating lead databases;
- Daily upkeep of the Team's sales LinkedIn accounts;
- Searching potential clients on Upwork and LinkedIn;
- Along with generating new leads, you must also keep track of leads generated through inbound channels so that routine follow-ups can be initiated as part of the lead nurturing process;
- Researching new tools and working with the current tools for lead generation;
- Communicating with leads in order to bring them to the Sales Manager's call.

Would be a plus:

- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in for at least 1-2 years;
- Project management skills;
- Thorough knowledge of CRM software;
- Excellent client servicing skills.
