Team Lead PHP

Admitad is a global IT company headquartered in Heilbronn. We help brands and online platforms to increase sales and attract new customers, and for audience owners to monetize it, collaborate with tens of thousands of advertisers and manage earned money. More than 900 employees work for Admitad all over the world.

Tapfiliate allows advertisers to launch, run, and develop their affiliate and loyalty programs without joining any affiliate networks. We’re now looking for a team leader who will be responsible for the development of Tapfiliate products and the team.

The project is handled by a single team: frontend and backend developers, QA, and DevOps.

Project: Subscription-based CPA SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Development and support of tapfiliate.com
• Team management and development
• Application maintenance
• Interaction with the product owner and business representatives
• Task decomposition and evaluation (together with the team)
• Technical and architectural decision-making

Requirements:

• PHP: 4+ years
• Symfony: 3+ years
• English: B1 or higher
• Experience on a similar position: 2+ years
