Duties:

• the main responsibility - to develop, launch and operate Primelement IT platform
• building an IT team to develop and support Primelement IT platform
• negotiate, defend and manage the budget for the Primelement IT platform development and integration
• select and manage third party providers to develop and service different parts and modules of Primelement IT platform
• select third party service providers and ensure successful integration of Primelement IT platform with them
• design, develop, assemble, test and ensure the launch of the Primelement IT platform
• design, develop and launch UI to ensure access to the Primelement products
• operate and ensure online/offline support of the Primelement UI and IT platform
• work in close cooperation with other Primelement team members to perform your professional tasks and duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in building IT platforms from scratch
• Experience in IT departments of banks or financial companies
• Higher education in the field of IT
• Relevant work experience of at least 5 years
• Experience in creating and leading a team of specialists
• Good knowledge of English
