TNation.eu is a domestic IT company with centers in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis, in Serbia. Now that remote work is the new normal, we employ engineers throughout Serbia as well as in the surrounding region (BIH, Montenegro, Macedonia).

The end client is a large German software development company who are providing service to the biggest German banks and financial institutions. Your job will be to provide support, implementation, and maintenance of various software tools provided by development companies to the banks. The duration of engagement is long-term (neverending).

MANDATORY

Fluent in German, as this is required for communication (written and verbal)

with the end customer.

SKILLS (Option 1) - WINDOWS

- Very good knowledge in handling the OS Windows 2K19 incl. Windows Cluster (MCSE

advantageous)

- Knowledge in dealing with SCCM

- Knowledge in dealing with Java-based applications (Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere)

- Knowledge in dealing with databases (MSSql, Oracle)

SKILLS (Option 2) - WINDOWS & LINUX

- Very good knowledge of Java-based applications (Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere)

- Very good knowledge of the OS RHEL and Windows 2K19

- Knowledge in dealing with databases (MSSQL, Oracle)

- Further knowledge In the area of ​​deployment etc tools: Ansible, Docker, Git.

SKILLS (Option 3) - LINUX

- Expert knowledge in handling Java-based applications (Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere)

- Very good knowledge in dealing with the OS RHEL

- Knowledge in dealing with databases (Oracle, Postgres)

- Further knowledge In the area of ​​deployment etc tools: Ansible, Docker, Git.

- Business fluent in German and English, as this is required for communication (written and

verbal) with the end customer.

SKILLS (Option 4) - MICROSERVICES BASED ON KUBERNETES

- Experience in consulting, planning, building, and operating banking applications based on

current technologies in the areas of Open Systems and Cloud Native platforms.

- Sound IT knowledge or strong interest in a modern IT environment, especially in the area of

Continuous Delivery and Deployment as well as DevOps technologies and ways of working.

- Sound knowledge in the area of ​​the ongoing implementation of applications using:

• GitLab, Kubernetes, HELM, Ansible
• As well as interfacing with technology such as LOKI, ElasticStack, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes

- Extensive IT knowledge and a keen interest in cloud platforms, Linux, networking, databases,

and middleware

- Experience in planning and implementing changes in banking environments.

SKILLS (Option 5) - SAS, AB INITIO

- Expert knowledge in the use of the applications SAS and Ab Initio

- Very good knowledge in handling the OS RHEL

- Knowledge in dealing with databases (Oracle, SAS)

- Additional knowledge In the area of ​​deployment etc tools: Ansible, Docker, Git.

- Business fluent in German and English, as this is required for communication (written and verbal) with the end customer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Technical consulting for application development/customers in implementation projects and

implementation support in the design and development phase

- Application integration into infrastructure and platforms

- Operation over the required stages: including testing, integration, and production depending on

customer requirements

- Customizing the applications according to the customer's requirements in compliance

with the concepts and standards of FI-TS

- Installation, configuration, and ongoing monitoring of the applications on the systems

required for application operation

- Definition and communication of requirements for the design of underlying technology

layers, development, and enhancement of existing operating concepts and standards of the

technology layers: databases, infrastructure, and middleware

- Test operation and test support of releases

- 2nd level support for malfunctions in application operation, troubleshooting

- 3rd-level support for malfunctions from the event mgmt or from the base units
