Launch Manager

Main target of the role - planning and controlling the launch to market of products for Corporate business, including new products and services.

In accordance with the business strategy and sales goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of the projects, including product launches on the markets worldwide in ever changing environment external and internal (new requirements, risks, and so on) on-going through the year;
• Build and keep up to date the product launch plan for corporate business;
• Identifying the scope of work, creating project plan and tracking the status of all tasks and activities;
• Establishing the key milestones and dependencies leading to a successful launch execution;
• Organizing regular status communication updates within the project team and key stakeholders, plus resource management;
• Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with cross-functional team members and key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are executed on time and successfully;
• Supporting and updating the status of projects on Confluence, Jira, etc;
• Creating the list of KPIs for defining the quality of the project management for particular projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical/marketing);
• MS Project professional experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• English fluent - is a must;
• Confluence/Jira experience as a plus;
• Project Management experience 2-3 years.
