Условия работы
Main target of the role - planning and controlling the launch to market of products for Corporate business, including new products and services.
In accordance with the business strategy and sales goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of the projects, including product launches on the markets worldwide in ever changing environment external and internal (new requirements, risks, and so on) on-going through the year;
- Build and keep up to date the product launch plan for corporate business;
- Identifying the scope of work, creating project plan and tracking the status of all tasks and activities;
- Establishing the key milestones and dependencies leading to a successful launch execution;
- Organizing regular status communication updates within the project team and key stakeholders, plus resource management;
- Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with cross-functional team members and key stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are executed on time and successfully;
- Supporting and updating the status of projects on Confluence, Jira, etc;
- Creating the list of KPIs for defining the quality of the project management for particular projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical/marketing);
- MS Project professional experience;
- Strong communication skills;
- English fluent - is a must;
- Confluence/Jira experience as a plus;
- Project Management experience 2-3 years.
