Poison Drop is a multi-brand omni-channel international jewelry department store with a website, mobile app and stores in top shopping malls.

📌 Your outcomes will be: 

• Strive for competitive advantage for the business by  implementing new technologies and trends

• Design and develop a tech strategy and system architecture 

• Own the technology roadmap 

• Ensure functionality, stability and efficiency of the system

• Maintain and develop internal systems, transforming them into international experience

• Foster engineering culture 

• Responsibility and control of KPIs, SLAs and IT budgets 

• Management of critical legacy systems 

• People management, leading the team

• Make technology function supporting and helping business to increase efficiency

📌Your first objectives will be:

• Make a review of a security process and technology, identify critical points, assess risks

• Assessing and optimizing the use of resources 

• Organize system support for users with a guaranteed SLA 

• Identify key success indicators for the technical team 

• Define the team structure, identify team leaders,

• Develop a long-term plan for technology development 

• Prioritize IT projects

📌Requirements:

• Several years (5+) of experience as a successful executive 

• Winning personality and excellent communication skills 

• Hands-on mentality, can-do attitude, team player, team leader, pragmatism & entrepreneurial spirit 

• Excellent knowledge of IT systems, IT technologies and infrastructures

• Easy-going personality, high tolerance to cultural differences.
