Senior QA Engineer

Work on TurboCourt project: perform manual and automation tests for ODR portal.

Strong emphasis on experience performing automation tests.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze product specifications
• Collaborate with developers to implement effective strategies and test plans
• Frontend and backend testing automation
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Evaluate product code and logic according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with integration systems

Required:

• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in software testing
• Minimum 5+ years Angular Web-based application testing
• Minimum 3+ years working in an Agile environment
• Working knowledge of scripting languages
• Experience in building frontend and backend automated tests using tools such as Testim.io, Protractor, Fiddler, Postman, or equivalent
• Experience with CI tools (Jenkins) - launch, configuration, support for CI jobs for autotests
• Experience with Java, Javascript/Typescript, SQL
• Experience with the Git version control system
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence
• Strong written and reading English
• Good understanding of the need to maintain test documentation, the ability to draw up checklists and test cases
• Understanding of responsibility for the products and services produced
• Knowledge of the principles of work of client-server applications
• Attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
• Strong organizational and self-management skills

Desirable:

• Experience with Unix systems - basic commands
• Experience with a large volume of logs
• Experience with reporting tools
• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach
