Your role at Exness:

We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our Partnership Digital Affiliates Team in our Exness Technology Department. As a Product Owner you will be involved in building a process of solving uncertainty between the end-users requirements and the development team as well as communicating with the stakeholders about the development plans.

This position is open for relocation to Cyprus or for fully remote employment (ideally in European timezones).  

You will:
  • Monitor and analyse product metrics
  • Be responsible for product validation backlog and product delivery backlog, both maintaining and prioritising.
  • Define product requirements by working closely with the Business System Analyst team and the Product Designer team, based on the data from customer research and competitor analysis
  • Formulate, prioritise and verify product hypotheses aimed to improve product metrics and reach the goals
  • Provide management insight regarding the performance of the team based on the customer and process measures (A-level)
  • Communicate the product strategy to the development team and define priorities on the iteration/quarter level
  • Coordinate activities across other product teams to enable delivery
  • Communicate the development plans (quarterly roadmaps) to the stakeholders
  • Clarify requirements during development, accept iteration results
  • Collaborate with Team leader in order to improve the team’s processes and activities and break down business requirements into actionable software requirements
  • Be responsible for the process of tasks monitoring, milestones and the project’s status in order to make it visible to the team and to other stakeholders
  • Be responsible for all team activities moderation (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives)
  • Present the results of the iteration
  • Approve team’s goals within the team and confirm its approval with the Product Designer 
  • Report on product metrics, create quarter team goals with further approval.

    The ideal candidate:
  • At least 3 years' of experience in a Product Owner role and a tech/IT background
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” majors (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
  • Previous experience with Affiliates or in a Fintech environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience in overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Designers, Developers, Business System Analysts, Data/Analytics and QA.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC models and traditional Project Management principles and practices.
  • Experience with widely successful Agile techniques, User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing etc.
  • Knowledge in prioritizing projects, managing changes and customer expectations
  • Experience in Competitor analysis, Customer development and Product analytics knowledge
  • Experience defining product KPIs, Business modeling, P&L, ROI, creating Go to Market Strategy
  • Solid understanding of universal product metrics (Retention, Churn Rate, LTV, conversion etc)
  • Experience with A/B testing and UI/UX testing
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement.
  • Ability to perform a high-level of stakeholder management with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must, Russian would be an advantage
